解决了：

登录数据库把UTW产生的三个表wp_tag,wp_post2tag,wp_tags_synonyms中的字符串类型改成utf8的
2.出错产生了,要把上面提到的三个表清空
3.同样是 错误数据 在wp_postmeta里生成了一部分utw的数据是不准的,删除meta_key带_utw_tags_或者_utw_tags_0的.

。
